Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Revoked License
The police department has provided the following reports. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

"Readers are reminded that an arrest by the police does not constitute a finding of guilt, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty," according to a statement from police Cmdr. Michael Fujara. All information comes directly from police reports.

License Revoked
Ricardo Alvarez, 33, of Waukegan, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving on a revoked driverโs license. His court date is scheduled for Nov. 7.
Sept. 23
No Driverโs License
Ceilia Enriquez Mendez, 28, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving without a driverโs license. Court date is scheduled for Oct. 21.
Sept. 28
No Driverโs License
Okine Dacres, 29, of Evanston, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving without a driverโs license. Court date is scheduled for Nov. 21.

Suspended Driverโs License
Jose Castro, 21, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving on a suspended driverโs license.ย His court date is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Wilson Torres, 28, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving on a suspended driverโs license. His court date is scheduled for Oct. 19.

Retail Theft
Malgorzata Budzinska, 50, of Barrington, was observed taking several items and exiting a retail store at 7200 Dempster St. without paying for them. Court date is scheduled for Oct. 21.
