The Cook County Assessor's Office will available to help you appeal your proposed reassessment value this Thursday Sept. 8 from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Village of Niles Senior Center.

Want to learn how you can appeal your property's proposed reassessment value? The Cook County Assessor's Office will be on hand for a Property Tax Appeal Seminar, this Thursday night at the Niles Senior Center. There's no charge to file an appeal, and your assessed value will not go up if you lose your appeal.
Bring a copy of your reassessment notice or your most recent tax bill to this free seminar at the Senior Center, 5:30pm-8:30pm this Thursday, September 8th. All Niles Township homeowners are invited to attend. The Niles Senior Center is located at 999 Civic Center Drive, in Niles.
