Bank Robbed In Northbrook, Suspect Still At Large: Police

A woman approached the teller, demanding money, then fled with the cash, police said.

NORTHBROOK, IL — A woman in a white T-shirt, pink pants and a black baseball cap fled after Northbrook police say she robbed a PNC Bank Thursday afternoon.

Police said the woman entered the bank at 774 Skokie Boulevard just before 2 p.m., approached a teller and demanded money before fleeing "in an unknown direction" with the proceeds.

It wasn't clear if she had a weapon, police said. No one was injured in the incident.
