Mooyah Burger Opens in the Glen

Mooyah, a Texas-based fast-food burger restaurant opened last week at 1893 Tower Drive in the Glen, according to TribLocal.

The restaurant specializes in custom-made burgers, fries and milkshakes and uses meat that hasn’t been frozen and freshly-baked bread, the article says.

It is the first Mooyah franchise in Illinois. The chain has restaurants across the country as well as internationally, according to its website.

Mooyah joins three other new additions to the Glen: The Curragh Traditional Irish Pub, Pinot's Palette and Mingle Juice Shop.
