Northbrook History Museum President Dies: Report

NORTHBROOK, IL — Judy Hughes, the longest serving member of the Northbrook Historical Society board of directors, has died. According to a social media post from the Northbrook History Museum and Heritage Center Archives, services for the organization's president will be announced soon.

"Mere words cannot express the sadness we feel having learned our President, Judy Hughes, has passed away," the organization said in the Monday post. "Our condolences to the Hughes family, as well as to her many friends and neighbors here in Northbrook and elsewhere. May she forever be remembered as a shining example of selfless service to this community."
