Northbrook Drug Awareness Group Discontinues Programs
Northbrook Citizens For Drug & Alcohol Awareness announces they no longer have the volunteer base to sustain itself.

Northbrook Citizens For Drug & Alcohol Awareness has announced an end to their substance abuse prevention and education programs after three decades of service, according to a press release.
Marcia Doniger, president of the NCDAA, wrote in the release, “...over the last several years we have experienced a great decrease in volunteers who were able to commit to those organizational roles needed to sustain NCDAA.”
According to the NCDAA's website, the group was a volunteer-based not-for-profit dedicated to the prevention of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use by the community's youth.
