Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 Caucus Selects Candidates

If elected in April, the candidates will serve on the District 30 Board for four-year terms, beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.

The Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 Caucus endorses a slate of three candidates running for vacancies on the school board.

After a thorough evaluation, the Caucus endorses Keith Karchmar (incumbent), Stephanie Yohannan and Jeffrey Zuercher (incumbent). If elected in April, the candidates will serve on the District 30 Board for four-year terms, beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.

The Northbrook/Glenview District 30 School Board Caucus is a committee of District 30 residents that includes families with children enrolled in Willowbrook, Wescott and Maple schools, along with families who do not have children enrolled in District 30 schools.

The Caucus' role is to source, screen and endorse potential school board candidates.

To be considered by the Caucus, candidates must complete detailed applications and interviews. The 15-member caucus interviewed a number of qualified candidates. We thank all the candidates for their interest in serving the school community.

The school board election will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Early voting and voting by mail options also are available. Candidates who are elected will fill four-year terms, expiring in April 2025. The caucus strongly encourages District 30 residents to vote for Keith Karchmar, Stephanie Yohannan and Jeffrey Zuercher.
