1) You will no longer have to schedule a curbside pickup when your holds are ready. The day after you receive notification that your hold is in, you can visit our Curbside Pickup area during any of the times below to pick up your item:
Monday–Thursday: 11:00am-7:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm
Sunday: 1:00-5:00pm
2) Your items will be placed on a shelf. Your items will be labeled with the first four letters of your last name, your first initial, and the last four digits of your library card number. If you have a lot of items and need a bag, we will have bags available. Book Bundles, oversized items, craft, and program pick-ups will still be placed on a table in the room.
3) Starting the day after you're notified, you’ll have 7 days to pick up your items. We're checking out materials for 4 weeks, so you'll have up to one week to pick up your item and 3 more weeks to enjoy it.
4) We’ll ask you to use the sanitizer station before taking your holds from the shelves. Library staff will continue to wear gloves and regularly sanitize their hands before touching holds. Remember to wear a mask and maintain social distancing while in the Curbside Pickup area.
CORRECTION: A previous version of this article mistakenly indicated " items will be labeled with the last four letters of your last name". This has been corrected to "items will be labeled with the first four letters of your last name"
