As one of the most anticipated Halloween events in Chicago, the 16th Annual Northalsted Halloween Parade in Boystown turned the energy on high with its parade in 2012.

Sponsored by the Triangle Neighbors and Northalsted Business Alliance, the massive event featured a live stage show and costume contests, all emceed by fourth year veteran Miss Foozie.
