Taste of Chicago By the Numbers: Beat Kitchen Serves 12,000

See just how much Chicago ate at this year's Taste.

By Dan Lambert

An estimated 1.5 million people made their way to the Taste of Chicago this year up about 300,000 from last year's attendance, according to the Mayor's Office

Final sales are still being tallied, but Taste organizers were able to roundup up just how much grub was consumed over the course of the five day fest. We picked out a few to highlight.
