Two Kids Receive Free Bikes through Chamber Drawing
One lucky boy and one lucky girl will be zipping around the neighborhood on bikes donated by Easy Rider and the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce.
For his first bike, six-year-old Cole Lusson picked out a blue
one, with white handlebars and the word, "Turbo," scrawled across the bar.
And the best part for his dad, Paul Lusson? The bike was completely free.

Cole won the bike through a raffle during Ribfest, the biggest bone-in celebration hosted by the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce.
"I've always been kind of cynical if people ever win these things," Lusson said. "Now I know."

Cole was just excited as his dad when first laying eyes on the bike Friday afternoon at Easy Rider, 4119 N. Lincoln Ave.
Mike Masud, who's owned the Northcenter bike shop for 39 years, gave away one boy and one girl bike to two lucky children.
Jocelyn Venit, 5, was the other winner, picking out a pink bike with strawberries covering the wheels and seat.
"She was very excited," Jocelyn's mom, Dawn Venit said.
