• Harrowing Video Shows Officers Pull Person From Flaming Car On I-88: Police (patch.com) — Oak Brook police officers are being praised after pulling a trapped occupant from a burning, overturned car on I-88 early Sunday morning, suffering only minor injuries themselves. The dramatic rescue, captured on dashboard camera, involved officers crawling under the flaming vehicle and using extinguishers before all were taken to the hospital and released. Illinois State Police are now investigating the crash.
