2 Shot Outside Oak Forest Martini Bar

OAK FOREST, IL — Oak Forest police are investigating the shooting of two people outside of The Linger Martini Bar Thursday night. According to NBC 5 News, the shooting took place at about 2 a.m. in a strip mall near 167th Street and Pulaski Road.

WGN reported that two people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The shooting may be linked to a fight that began inside the bar, the news outlet reported.

The victims have not yet been identified.

Police Chief Tim Kristin declined further comment Friday.
