Annual Community Expo Set For Oct. 19 In Oak Forest

OAK FOREST, IL — The 43rd Annual Community Expo will take place on Saturday, October 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Arbor Park School, 17303 Central, Oak Forest.

This year’s Expo is truly focused on family, organizers said. It brings together local businesses, community organizations, and residents for a day of discovery, fun, and family-friendly activities.

The Community Expo, a tradition spanning more than four decades, provides an invaluable opportunity for local businesses to showcase their products and services, while connecting with residents and fostering a stronger sense of community. Attendees can expect a variety of interactive booths, live entertainment, kids’ fun zone, Halloween costume parade, and giveaways throughout the day.

"The Community Expo is a chance for local businesses and organizations to engage directly with the community and for families to enjoy a day full of FREE fun activities! "

Highlights of this year’s Expo include:

• Over 45 exhibitors featuring local businesses and community services
• Halloween Costume Parade at 10am – great way to show off those costumes
• Live music & trivia by Fun Fun Fun DJ
• Kids Fun Zone, provided by Oak Forest Park District including games & interactive activities
• Raffles & plenty of giveaways

The event is free and open to the public.
