Child Sex Assault Charges For Midlothian Man After Police Raid
Craig Parrish, 42, was arrested after police found evidence allegedly connecting him to a sexual assault of a child.

MIDLOTHIAN, IL β A 42-year-old Midlothian man faces charges of criminal sexual assault of a child, following an investigation and police raid of a home on Hamlin Avenue Thursday.
Craig A. Parrish, of the 14900 block of Hamlin Ave., was arrested Thursday and charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, after police found evidence allegedly connected to a juvenile victim, according to Midlothian Police Chief Daniel Delaney said.
As part of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for Parrish's home. On Nov. 16, at approximately 9:30 am, the Midlothian Police Department and the South Suburban Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant on the residence. Midlothian police detectives searched the home and recovered evidence related to the incident.

After consulting with the Cook County Stateβs Attorneyβs Office, Parrish was charged with six counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, each a Class X Felony.
Parrish will be taken to the Markham Court House for a detention hearing.
