Controlled Substance, DUIs & Retail Theft: Wanted in Oak Forest

Christine S. Jaworski, 74, is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. His last known address was in the 15100 block of Chestnut Lane, Oak Forest. Bail was set at $3,000.

Rafeal D. Johnson, 19, is wanted on a charge of retail theft. His last known address was in the 15300 block of Knox, Oak Forest. No bail was set.

Bruce Krupa, 54, is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. His last known address was in the 15200 block of Geoffrey, Oak Forest. Bail was set at $5,000.

Flores Martinez-Jose, 27, is wanted on a charge of possessing a controlled substance. His last known address was in the 15800 block of South Le Claire, Oak Forest. No bail was set.
