OAK FOREST, IL β Election Day is Tuesday and as you're getting ready to head to the polls to vote early or to wait until the big day, our guide will arm you with the information you need before you go.
Oak Forest residents will be voting for four alderman positions , two park district seats and a taxpayer advocate, who, among other duties, takes taxpayer complaints or helps homeowners through tax appeals. Aldermen serve four-year terms. Only the park district seats are contested.

Oak Forest City Hall, 15440 S. Cicero Avenue, is designated as an early voting and Election Day polling site.You can vote until 7 p.m. tonight, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday. On Tuesday, Election Day, polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
