Police say an Oak Forest man threatened to kill an officer, saying "(expletive) you, you (racial slur), this is why we should build a wall."

OAK FOREST, IL β An Oak Forest man who was booted from Cindy's Bar for unruly behavior has been charged with battery and assault after attacking Oak Forest police officers and hurling racial insults at them.
Police said that Michael Kimery, 35, of the 15600 block of Laramie Avenue, refused to leave Cindy's Bar Feb. 16 after authorities there asked him to leave because he was harassing customers.
When Kimery finally exited the building, he began harassing police outside and yelled racial slurs at them. At one point, the Chicago Tribune reported, Kimery pulled off his jacket and charged at police while yelling he was going to β(expletive) them up.β
