Midlothian Mail Theft Suspect Still At Large
Police say a man stole two cartons of mail from a postal truck. They're asking to people to call USPS if they think they're missing mail.

MIDLOTHIAN, IL β Police are investigating the burglary of a USPS postal truck that lost at least two cartons of mail that was supposed to be delivered in the Keystone area.
The truck was parked while the postal worker was delivering mail near 14300 S. Keystone March 4. At that time, a black male was spotted entering and exiting a large, white SUV parked at 143rd and Karlov, police said, and two cartons of mail were taken. The man fled south on Karlov toward 144th Street.
The mail was intended to be delivered to residences on 143rd to 147th streets from Keystone to Hamlin.

Those addresses include:
- 14400-14636 S. Pulaski (even side of street)
- 14401-14620 S. Springfield Ave.
- 14459-14501 S. Avers Ave.
- 3800 block of 145th St.
- 14303 S. Hamlin Ave.
- 14455-14501 S. Ridgeway Ave.
Police are asking for those with information and surveillance cameras to contact them at 708-385-2534. They're also asking people to contact the post office if they believe they are missing mail at708-385-7900.
