Oak Forest Weather: Labor Day 2021 Forecast

OAK FOREST, IL — Despite a recent uptick in coronavirus cases across the United States, millions of Americans are likely to move ahead with Labor Day celebrations this year, marking the holiday with outdoor barbecues, town festivals and family camping trips.

While celebrating safely is paramount, Mother Nature also holds the power to make or break a perfect outdoor holiday celebration.

As you head home from work Friday evening, expect temperatures in the high 70s, with cloudy skies. Saturday will involve scattered showers, with temperatures in the mid 70s.

Things are slated to take a turn for the better come Sunday, with sunny skies and highs in the low 80s, with the same expected for Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
