Follow the Leader: Were You Able To Follow The Rules at Church?
Following one of the major Catholic holidays, Easter, Patch wants to know if our readers have been able to get in the habit of changes to the Roman Missal.
It probably shouldn't have felt all that new, but for some of you, Mass yesterday might have felt ... strange. You might have noticed something a little bit different—a few words moved around, a new gesture here and there, or maybe a little bit of both. If you did, you had a firsthand look at the new Roman Missal.
The new missal, which was implemented last November, marked the first major changes to the Mass since 1975.Â
We know, we know—this isn't exactly news. But there are some folks who might find their way to church only a few times per year, which would make getting into the swing of these things a bit challenging.

Were you fumbling over the new words and gestures, or was it like riding a bike?

Connie M. Helmuth Erickson said: "I'm getting better with it. My mom tells me it is actually going back more to how things were said years ago."
Kim Williams Jarsombeck said: "I just go with what I have always said . Went to 12:30 mass and it was great. I like the wording from years age...Amen, I'm not about to change now"
