Sleep In Heavenly Peace Holds Public Bed Build In Oak Forest
Sleep in Heavenly Peace is looking for volunteers to help them build 10 bunkbeds for kids who don't have a bed to sleep in.

OAK FOREST, IL, β The Oak Forest chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace is looking for volunteers to help them build 10 bunkbeds for children who don't have a bed to sleep on. The event will be held Sat., April 13.
Sleep In Heavenly Peace is national nonprofit that builds beds and delivers bedding to children who need them. That need could be due to a house fire, or fleeing a domestic violence situation or because families cannot afford them.
Whatever the case, families -- or their friends, social workers or loved ones -- can apply to receive a hand-built, free bed. Cases are selected according to need, and emergencies often get priority.
