TEDx Youth Event Coming To District 228 Friday
Six students and teachers from Dist. 228 will speak Friday in the "spirit of ideas worth spreading" in a TEDxYouth@OakForest event.

OAK FOREST, IL — Listen to what Bremen students and teachers have to say about diversity, quantum physics and the role technology can play in schools as District 228 holds its TEDxYouth event at Oak Forest High School.
Six students and teachers from schools across the district will speak Friday night in the "spirit of ideas worth spreading" on topics that are important to them and to the community. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
The program, called TEDxYouth@OakForestHighSchool, was designed by Oak Forest High School student Annais Gangolf. She also hosted a small community-focused TEDx event last summer and has started a TED Club at her school.
