What Will Go There? Tenants Sought For New Space In Gateway

The Gateway Development is close to the Metra train stop at 159th and Cicero; the new construction is considered transit-oriented.

OAK FOREST, IL — A building set to go up near 159th Street and Cicero Avenue does not yet have tenants, and the realtor behind it is asking interested parties to come forward.

Construction is set to begin soon on the 4,700-sq. ft. building in the Gateway Development. The building will be located behind Starbucks and ATI Physical Therapy, and is being marketed for lease to quick-service, fast-casual restaurants, service-oriented providers, healthcare providers, or more, the City of Oak Forest shared on social media.
