Knights of Columbus Give $3,000 to Pregnancy Advocacy Group
The St. Germaine-based Courage Program was the recipient of the grant during a recent Evergreen Park ceremony.

The Joseph Cardinal Bernardin Council of the Knights of Columbus recently gave a $3,000 grant to the St. Germaine-based Courage Program during an Evergreen Park ceremony, reports the Sun-Times Media.
The grant was presented to the Oak Lawn Christian pregnancy advocacy organization prior to the swearing of the council's newly elected officers. Included in the group was district deputy David Wolken, district warden Claude Zaba, grand knight Thomas W. Morrissey, treasurer Robert B. Murphy, recorder Anton Iberle, financial secretary Richard Fox, Trustee Joseph Muraida, guard Thomas Ostrowski and Trustee James Tierney.
