Is the nominee considered an “essential worker”?:

Yes

What does the nominee do for work?:

Works at NICU at Advocate Christ Medical Center and MacNeal as a team lead R.N.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?

My daughter as a single mom worked hard to become a nurse going to school abd working. I’m so proud of how far she has come working at two hospitals with babies, whom she loves. My daughter goes to work loving her job and taking care of the smallest of small babies I think she should be honored in every way. Heather is a giving person and takes care of me. I’m on disability with everything else she does she is my hero.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:

I want everyone to know Heather is a hard-working mom of two beautiful boys and my grandchildren. She goes to work knowing that the care for patients has its challenges but puts a smile on her face and goes forward with her job.

Thank you for all you do, Heather!
