OLCHS Senior Wrestler Ayman Shaikh On Way To Setting Record

OAK LAWN, IL — Senior wrestler Ayman Shaikh has seen a bit of everything this season for Oak Lawn Community High School on his way to a record of 4-4. He is winning matches; he is facing challenges; he is working passionately.

This past weekend, he earned an impressive second-place finish at the Hinsdale South Tournament. Now he is looking for more.

“Ayman has been a pillar of leadership iin our program this season,” OLCHS head coach David Early said. “As our team captain, he continues to lead by example, pushing his teammates to excel while setting the tone in the practice room. With his recent success, we’re excited to see Ayman build momentum as the season progresses. Keep an eye on him as he works toward an even stronger finish to his senior season.”
