$750K Winning Lotto Ticket Sold In Chicago Suburbs — Could It Be Yours?

OAK PARK, IL — Lottery players who took a chance Monday with Lucky Day Lotto should check their tickets, because one is worth $750,000, according to the Illinois Lottery.

One lucky player matched all five numbers in the Monday evening drawing. The winning numbers are 8, 16, 26, 29 and 34.

The winning ticket was bought at Oak Park North Gas Mart in the 6100 block of West North Avenue in Oak Park. The store will receive a $7,500 bonus for selling the ticket.

Winners have a year from the draw date to claim their prize and are encouraged to sign the back of the ticket and store it somewhere safe until they are ready to claim the money, according to the lottery.

Lucky Day Lotto is an Illinois-only game with daily drawings at 12:40 p.m. and 9:22 p.m. Jackpots start at $100,000.
