ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Forest Park and Oak Park

Francisco Leyva, 49, is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was not set. His last known address was in the 3000 block of West Calwagner in Franklin Park. The warrant was issued Dec. 11, 2009.

Lazaro Licona, 43, is wanted on two counts of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license. Bail was set at $50,000. His last known address was in the 10000 block of West Crown Road in Franklin Park. The warrant was issued Sept. 14, 2005.

Nicholas R. Limbers, 27, is wanted on a possession of a controlled substance charge. Bail was not set. His last known address was in the 200 block of South Circle Avenue in Forest Park. The warrant was issued March 29, 2013.

Calvin J. Luckey, 37, is wanted on a retail theft charge. Bail was not set. His last known address was in the 6300 block of West Roosevelt in Forest Park. The warrant was issued Dec. 20, 2011.

Pastor B. Merino, 39, is wanted on a criminal damage to property charge. Bail was not set. His last known address was in the 200 block of Brown Street in Forest Park. The warrant was issued Sept. 18, 2006.
