1. Illinois Senate President Don Harmon of Oak Park is recovering from a breakthrough case of COVID-19, his office announced Monday. He was vaccinated in the spring and began experiencing symptoms late last week before testing positive. “I’m even more grateful to be vaccinated, given how mild my symptoms have been,” Harmon said.
