1. It’s a back-to-school edition of the Daily! Students at Fenwick and Trinity High Schools return to the classroom today, with middle and elementary schools to follow this week. (Trinity HS)
2. About 51 percent of Oak Park and River Forest High School students have submitted proof of vaccination, according to District 200 Superintendent Dr. Greg Johnson. 76 percent of staff are vaccinated. Johnson said the district is “actively discussing the implications” of requiring staff vaccinations. (OPRFHS)

3. There’s one week left to donate items to the Suburban Unity Alliance school supply drive. Hand sanitizer and disposable face masks for local students can be donated at Brewpoint Craft (163 S. Oak Park Ave.) through Aug. 31. (Wednesday Journal)
