According to the complaint, El Milagro's vacation policy states a week of paid leave is given to employees after they work for a year, and they get more paid time off after more years of work. Solorzano claims he and other employees earned vacation pay, but their last paychecks from the company didn't include pay for unused vacation days, the Record reports.
