Multitasking Robbery Victim Called Cops as He Ran From Attacker
Police were able to find and arrest the alleged robber.

A man who was punched in the face and had his headphones stolen was able to call police from his cell phone while his attacker was chasing him.
The man was walking at 12:21 a.m. Oct. 12 in the 700 block of West Ontario when a 17-year-old boy attacked him, tried to rob him and chased him, according to Oak Park police.
Police stopped the 17 year old in the 400 block of South Boulevard, and he still had the stolen headphones with him.

The juvenile, of the 300 block of North Mason in Chicago, was arrested for robbery, taken to the Oak Park Police Department, referred to court and released to his family.
