Oak Park's Heather Mack Speaks Out About Killing Her Mother
Mack talked to a correspondent for 'Crime Watch Daily' about the gruesome details.

Heather Mack, an Oak Park woman who was accused of killing her mother on a vacation in Bali, has spoken out about her mother’s messy murder.
Mack, also known as the “suitcase killer,” was interviewed by journalist Matt Doran for a segment on Crime Watch Daily with Chris Hansen. Her ex-boyfriend Tommy Schaefer, who was also involved in the murder and is also from Oak Park, was not present for the interview.
Mack was sentenced to ten years in Indonesia’s Kerobokan prison — eight years less than her former boyfriend. Since her sentencing, Mack has given birth to a baby, Stella, whom she is allowed to keep with her in jail until she turns 2 years old.
