Retail Thefts, DUI: Oak Park Police Blotter

Nobody has been arrested in connection with the thefts.

Two retail thefts and a DUI were on Oak Park’s latest police blotter.

Alex G. Rios, Jr., 31, was arrested last weekend at night for driving under the influence. He was driving on the 100 block of S. Oak Park Ave. when he was pulled over.

Both retail thefts — which are unrelated — took place on Oct. 30. The first occurred when a female, described as a 45-year-old black woman, stole six bags of Tide Pods laundry detergent and left a CVS on the 300 block of Madison St. without paying.
