Woman Sues Oak Park Hospital, Claims Wrongful Death
The suit alleges negligence leading to a man's death.
A woman is suing over claims that West Suburban Medical Center of Oak Park and a doctor are responsible for an alleged wrongful death.
Mary Ann Vogt filed a lawsuit in Cook County against the hospital, Michael Loiacono and Resurrection University, according to the Cook County Record.
Vogt claims in the suit that Loiacono was negligent and didn’t diagnose a medical condition in Richard Vogt soon enough, allegedly causing him to die after cardiac arrest, the Record reported.
