Joliet Man Killed In Head-On Crash On Southwest Highway: Orland PD
A Joliet man died in the crash late Monday night at Will-Cook Road and Southwest Highway, police said.
ORLAND PARK, IL —One driver is dead following a two-car crash on Southwest Highway late Monday night, Orland Park police said Tuesday.
Police were called just after 11 p.m. for a report of a crash at Will-Cook Road and Southwest Highway, police said Tuesday.
Police on scene learned that a Toyota Sienna traveling southwest on Southwest Highway collided head-on with an Oldsmobile Bravada traveling northeast on the road.

The driver of the Sienna—identified as Jose Martinez, 48, of Joliet but last residing in Nebraska—was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, police said.
The driver of the Bravada and passengers from the Sienna were also transported to local hospitals with critical injuries.
