Centennial Park Concession Stand Looted

Prowlers looted the concession stand at the Centennial Park baseball fields, absconding with cash and an awful lot of junk food.

The crooks struck overnight July 17, prying open the latches on the building’s steel shutters to get inside.

The police said cash was stolen but would not reveal how much. The cops did disclose that the thieves made off with eight boxes of hot dogs, one box of pizza puffs, two boxes of soft pretzels, four cases of Gatorade, and five three-gallon tubs of ice cream.
