Huge Garage Sale in Palos Park
Come out from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday and Saturday to 10115 E. Tanglewood Circle (west of LaGrange Road off 131st Street), for a mix of goods and merchandise.

Taste of Orland Park
Food from 18 vendors, live music and an array of activities will be happening in front of Orland Park’s Village Hall at 14700 Ravinia Avenue all weekend.

Guys Night Out/Girls Night In
The Bridge Teen Center is hosting two unique evening activities, one for the boys and another for the girls. Deborah Brown from NBC5 Chicago will be at the center to talk to the young women about real beauty inside and out.

Movie in the Park
State Senator Bill Cunningham and State Rep. Fran Hurley are hosting a showing of “Despicable Me” 8 p.m. at the Orland Hills Recreation Center.
