The teen had a warrant and a bottle of vodka, police said.

A wanted teenager with a bottle of vodka and a burning curiosity about a career in law enforcement was arrested near the Orland Square Mall.
Nicholas Isakson, 19, reportedly walked up to two bicycle cops and engaged them in conversation.
“Isakson asked us if he could be a police officer with his current arrest record,” an officer said, according to a police report.

“While speaking with Isakson, (a third officer) arrived on scene,” police said. “Isakson ended his conversation with (the cops) and began to walk toward NTB.”
As Isakson ambled away, the officers ran him for warrants and discovered he had one for possessing alcohol while under the age of 21.

The officers reportedly caught up with Isakson by the NTB and took him into custody.
“When I searched Isakson I located a bottle of Svedka Vodka on his person,” an officer said. This led to an additional charge of possessing alcohol while under the age of 21.
