Twins Brawl in Orland Square Mall
The Sanchez brothers, twins from Chicago Heights, face multiple charges after fighting a man in the Orland Park mall.
Twin brothers from Chicago Heights are charged with mob action after fighting in the Orland Square Mall.
Gerardo and Adrian Sanchez, both 20 and of the 1100 block of Emerald Avenue in Chicago Heights, were charged with mob action, disorderly conduct and unlawful consumption of alcohol, according to a report. Gerado also was charged with aggravated battery while Adrian faces a possession of marijuana charge.
The brothers were arrested after police were called to break up at fight at about 7:22 p.m. March 14 in the Orland Square Mall, 288 Orland Square Mall Dr., according to a report. They are accused of fighting with a third man, who wasn’t charged and refused treatment by paramedics.

Police searched Adrian and found a plastic baggie in his jeans pocket with a small amount of marijuana, according to a report. Both men admitted to drinking Barcardi Gold inside their vehicle before entering the mall.
They were due in Bridgeview count on March 15.
