Upskirt Video at Dollar Store Just a ‘Mistake,’ Explains Orland Man: Cops

ORLAND PARK, IL — An Orland Park man caught recording a video from beneath a young woman’s sundress claimed he merely made a “mistake,” police said.

Gabriel Juarez-Dominguez, 40, got caught with his cell phone angled under the 24-year-old woman’s sundress at the Dollar Tree on South LaGrange Road, police said.

Juarez-Dominguez was recording the woman while she was bent over and looking at stickers, police said.

A 49-year-old woman reportedly saw what was afoot and snatched Juarez-Dominguez’s cell phone away from him. The woman turned the phone over to the cops after they arrived at the Dollar Tree.

“The video was low to the ground with an upward angle to view under the lower part of (the woman’s) dress,” police said.

Juarez-Dominguez “did not speak English fluently” but still explained the video was nothing more than a “mistake.”

“Gabriel only said that it was a mistake and that was all,” according to a police report.

Juarez-Dominguez was taken into custody and later released on bond.
