2 Hospitalized After Driver Makes Untimely Left Turn: Oswego PD

Both women were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, Oswego police said.

OSWEGO, IL — Two people were hospitalized after a driver made a left turn and crashed Tuesday evening on Route 34, Oswego police said.

An Aurora woman, 46, was driving down Douglas Road around 7:15 p.m. when she made a left turn onto Route 34 and hit a car driven by a 29-year-old woman from Aurora, according to the Wednesday morning blotter.

Both women were transported to Rush Copley Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.

The 46-year-old driver, who didn't have a valid driver's license, was cited and issued a notice to appear in court.
