$600 Worth of Jewelry Stolen During Real Estate Home Showing: Police

Wednesday, July 10
Retail theft
Linda R. Rivera, 22, of the 600 block of Douglas Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34 and charged with retail theft of under $200, said Oswego police.
Tuesday, July 9
No valid driver’s license

- Sonia Ocegueda, 25, of the 700 block of Sexton, Aurora, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. at Route 30 and Douglas and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police.
- Omar Sotelo-Rodriguez, 32, of the 400 block of North Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. at Versailles and Bonaventure and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was also cited with failure to signal.
Sunday, July 7
DUI
Gregory L. Rybak, 35, of the 3000 block of 71st Street, Woodridge, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. at Route 34 and Ogden Falls Boulevard and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol, said Oswego police. He was also cited for speeding ad improper lane usage.

Theft
Oswego police are investigating a theft that occurred between 11:35 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. in the 900 block of Jessamine Drive. A watch and a gold pendant valued together at $600 were take from a home during a real estate showing.
Battery
Oswego police took a battery report that occurred at 8:30 p.m. in the 600 block of South Harrison Street. The offender is unknown.
Saturday, July 6
Possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, DWLS
Amador A. Zepeda, 26, of the 2000 block of West Illinois Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Route 34 and charged with the possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license, said Oswego police.
Theft
Oswego police took a report of a theft that occurred at 12:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of Douglas Road. A cell phone valued at $500 was reported stolen.
Criminal damage to property
Oswego police took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred at an unknown time in the 300 block of Cascade Lane. A front door was reported damaged as well as four screens. Damage is estimated at $500.
Residential burglary
Oswego police took a report for a residential burglary that occurred at an unknown time in the 400 block of Gloria. Someone entered a home and took several items.
Friday, July 5
Warrant
John Riefke, 48, of the 600 block of Lincoln Station Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. at his residence and charged with an in state warrant, said Oswego police.
No valid driver’s license
- Yesica N. Anas-Camcho, 21, of the 0-99 block of Greenfield, Montgomery, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. at Route 34 and Grays Court and charged for driving without a valid license after being involved in a two-car accident, said Oswego police.
- Jose Luis Hernandez-Sancher, 36, of the 800 block of Benton Street, Oswego, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. at Goodwin and Hill and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was also cited for having no insurance.
- Dalia Flores, 30, of the 0-99 block of Old Post Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. at Route 25 and North Street and charged for driving without a valid license and speeding, said Oswego police.
Thursday, July 4
Driving with revoked license, obstructing identification
Charles R. Maly, 31, of the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at Route 34 and Boulder Hill Pass and charged for driving with a revoked license and obstructing identification, said Oswego police. He was also cited with failure to signal.
Burglary to motor vehicle
Oswego police took a report for a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred at an unknown time in the 300 block of Beaver Crossing. An estimated $300 worth of items were removed from the vehicle without permission.
Wednesday, July 3
Unlawful possession of controlled substance, obstructing identification, possession of drug paraphernalia, DWLR
Angel L. Ortiz, 52, of the 300 block of Grant place, Aurora, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. at Route 30 and Lincoln Station and charged with two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license and obstructing identification, said the Oswego police.
Driving with revoked license
Noberto Hernandez, 58, of the 500 block of South Villa Avenue, Villa Park, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. at Orchard Road and Route 34 and charged for driving with a revoked license, said Oswego police.
