Form 1099-G from the state of Illinois, which in the past has been mailed to those who have had state tax refunds or unemployment compensation, is NOT being mailed from the state this year. If you are waiting for this form to prepare your income tax forms for 2012, the information can be obtained from your previous year's tax return.
