Charlotte Messing Passes

Charlotte C Messing, age 80, of Aurora, IL died Monday, January 30, 2012 at Aurora Rehabilitation & Living Center in Aurora, IL. She was born June 1, 1931 in Osceola, NE the daughter of the late Edward H and Esther C nee Conway Messing. 

Charlotte was a member of St Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL and the S.A.S. Group of the church. She was a graduate of Tampa University with a degree in music and was a member of Sigma Alpha Iota. She also went on to receive a nursing degree from Wichita Nursing in 1981. 

Charlotte is survived by two sisters Marilyn (Malcolm) Westley, Ramona Plock of Montgomery, IL, two brothers Terence (Gloria) Messing of Hutchison, KS, William Messing of Austin, TX, also by several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by a brother Vincent Messing, two sister-in-laws Karen Messing, Millie Messing and brother-in-law Robert Plock. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. by Fr David Hankus at St Anne Catholic Church 551 Boulder Hill Pass Oswego, IL.
