Diane A. (Reppy) Beane Passes

DIANE A. (REPPY) BEANE, age 76 of Hinckley, IL, died Thursday, January, 5, 2012 at her residence. 

She was born February 8, 1935 in Oswego, IL, the daughter of the late Clarence C. and Rose M. nee Lowry Reppy. 

Diane was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Hinckley, IL and was a clerk in the grocery industry for many years.  She was also a bookkeeper at National T and A & P.  She and her husband owned D & J package Liquors in Hinckley, IL. 

She was a member of Women of the Moose for 48 years, Aurora Lodge 400, Chapter 83, Loyal Order of Moose.  Diane enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, and sewing. She was a perpetual volunteer and cared more about others than herself. 

She is survived by her husband Jay Richard Beane, two daughters Jalyn (Ron) Lynch of Cissna Park, IL, Nanette (John) Long of Big Rock, IL, Harvey "Jack" (Jina) Beane of Hinckley, IL and David (Jackie) Beane of Big Rock, IL, her grandchildren Thomas and Calvin Lynch, Michael Long, Nikole Beane (Chris), Traci Beane (Justin), Shannon (Travis) Anderson and Ashley and David Beane and six Great Grandchildren, Jazmyne, Mia, Carter, Saje, Cloey and MeKenna.  She is also survived by her two brothers David (Barbara) Reppy of Minooka, IL and Dale (Teresa) Reppy of Eustis, FL. 

Diane was preceded in death by two sisters and their husbands, Della and Harold (Mac) McElhone, and Deloris and Alvin Thorson and a brother and sister-in-law Donald and Lois Reppy. 

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2012 at , 1801 S. Douglas Rd., Oswego, IL  The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Kris Delmore officiating.
