Gymnasts Racking Up More Awards

Team Oswego’s GIJO team has been busy racking up the awards this season.

On Feb. 26 the girls traveled to Plainfield to compete in the Mardi Gras Invitational. Our level 4s placed fourth as a team while the level 5s took fifth. 

The girls were back on the podium at the March Mania Invitational held a Geneva High School on March 4th. With a score of 109.7 the level 4s brought home a second place trophy.  The level 5s scored a 102.55 securing a thrid place victory.  The GIJOs are coached by Amanda Zielske and Malia Gette.
