Kathy Meier of Oswego learned sword fighting in a "Fighting for Film" workshop at Aurora University Jan. 14. Bryce Bermingham, left, a professional actor, taught Meier, an AU sophomore and North Central College students. Bermingham spent a week at AU teaching swordplay to students in the winter theater production "Obligatio" at Perry Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 18-19 and 23-26. Admission is free. AU senior Travis Winkler of Bristol wrote the play which will make its premiere at AU.
