Through mid-December (weather permitting) – The Village has two leaf vacuums that will be used for the leaf plow procedure.
Residents are asked to please rake their leaves to their parkway (in the grass). Please keep your leaves out of the curb line so not to impede drainage. Please keep in mind that piles must be easily accessible. Piles must contain leaves only. If other debris is in with the leaves, the pile will not be picked up. There is no guarantee that leaves will be picked up weekly.
Crews will try to get the areas with the more mature trees as quickly as possible. Residents may choose to bag their leaves in yard waste bags. Each bag requires 1 yard waste sticker and needs to be placed at the curb with their garbage and recycling containers by 6:00 a.m. on their normal scheduled to insure weekly pick up. Residents are reminded that leaf burning is prohibited at all times.
